Thank you for choosing BanniGuard. We want to ensure that you have a satisfactory experience while monitoring your child's safety. This page outlines our cancellation and refund policies for Bronze, Gold, and Diamond plans.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your active BanniGuard subscription at any time. When you cancel, your parental dashboard will remain fully active with all premium features enabled until your current billing period expires. We do not automatically renew subscriptions; payments are one-time upgrades.
2. Refund Eligibility Guidelines
We offer full refunds for your purchase under the following conditions:
- Technical Failure: The software fails to operate on your devices (due to platform version incompatibility or server communication issues) and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of contact.
- Time Window: The refund request is submitted within 7 days of your initial payment transaction date.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You simply change your mind or decide not to use the service after the 7-day initial window has expired.
- The child has uninstalled the BanniKid app or turned off system permissions (e.g. Accessibility or GPS) without parent supervision.
- Your account is terminated or suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (such as attempting to monitor unauthorized adult devices).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to our billing team at support@banniguard.com. Your email must include:
- Your registered parent email address.
- The Razorpay Payment ID or Transaction reference receipt.
- A brief explanation of the technical issue encountered.
5. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed instantly on our side and will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, Card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on Razorpay's banking channel clearing timelines.
