BanniGuard - Terms of Service & Legal Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BanniGuard application, website, and related services. By accessing or using BanniGuard, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Legal Representation and Usage Authority

By installing the BanniKid monitoring agent on any mobile device, you warrant and represent that:

You are the parent, legal guardian, or legally authorized representative of the minor child who primarily uses the device.
You hold full ownership rights over the device, or have explicit legal permission to govern application installations on it.
You will use this software strictly for the protection and digital guidance of minor children under your custody.

2. Restricted and Prohibited Actions

You agree not to use BanniGuard to:

Monitor any adult individual, including spouses, partners, domestic staff, or employees, without their explicit, informed written consent.
Collect private data for extortion, harassment, stalking, or any illegal purposes.
Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse-engineer the application binaries.

3. Account Registration & Razorpay Billing

You must register a secure account using your email to connect devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. If you purchase any premium subscription plan (Bronze, Gold, or Diamond), all fees are billed through Razorpay. You agree to pay the listed fees and any applicable taxes.

4. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

BanniGuard is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or 100% accurate coordinates, as performance is subject to system updates, OEM background service controls, battery optimizations, and network availability. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from device blockades or lack of location coordinates.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we detect any violation of these terms or misuse of the monitoring services for adult spying.
